My experience is largely within membership-based organizations, such as wellness and fitness centers or national fraternity organizations, where I consistently foster a positive impact. I flourish when regularly tackling new problems head-on such as solving operational roadblocks, implementing new programs and trainings, or analyzing current processes for strategic decision-making. Outside of work, I practice what I preach. You’ll find me exercising daily, reading leadership development books and industry research, as well as getting involved in the community.
