About Jacob Benoit

I'll talk for as long as you will listen, and I will listen for as long as you will talk. My knack for being able to socialize with others and having a creative/intuitive mind can help anyone that needs it. I have been told by friends and family that I can,".sell ice to an eskimo." This has all contributed to my desire to have a successful career in sales and marketing. I currently attend St. Cloud State University and plan to graduate in the spring of 2018 with a degree in Marketing and Sales specialization. Every week of class comes with a week of work. I currently work part-time at Hardware Distributors LTD (HDL) in Sauk Rapids, MN. My current job at HDL has me working in the warehouse putting orders together and packaging them to be shipped out. In the summer of 2015 I started working part-time in the sales department at HDL. I worked at the will call desk where I helped customers with pickup and/or call in orders. Also, I assisted in entering orders from our website. Everyday I worked side-by-side with customers and other salesman to assure every customer is getting the best service possible. Now I am currently a fill-in salesman that they use when they are low on salesman for a period of time. My professional goal is to combine my college degree with my experience in marketing and sales to become a successful marketing and/or sales manager.
