I clear the way, build the path, incite the plan, and establish the systems so that my colleagues can focus on what they do, do it well, and grow. Everywhere I go, I see the opportunities to improve processes and experiences to make the world better for everyone. Whether as a consultant, product manager, or business analyst, I am constantly compelled to seek optimal solutions that integrate technology and the best of Design Thinking, Agile, Lean, and other business best practices. Recently, I have done this work as a Product Manager at TELUS, where I designed and implemented several new capabilities for the Internet, TV, and SmartHome product lines. I get invigorated when I encounter an organization that has a desire to be better; there may be obstacles in front of them, but a spark of potential can lead to abundant opportunities and possibilities.
