As a Business Development Manager with an international academic background and a strong passion for innovation and technology, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. My studies in South Korea, the Netherlands, and Turkey gave me a deep understanding of global business environments and cultural diversity — an international mindset that continues to shape my approach to business development and innovation management today. In my current role at Wollenhaupt Vanille GmbH, I focus on developing new business opportunities, analyzing markets, and identifying global growth potential. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already an integral part of my daily work — supporting data analysis, decision-making, and process optimization. I am currently completing an official certification as an AI Innovation Manager, strengthening my expertise in AI strategy, automation, and digital transformation. Previously, at BRP, I was responsible for dealer network development and regional growth strategies across EMEA.
