I work at NARS Cosmetics where I started out as a freelance makeup artist and was quickly promoted to a National Makeup Artist. After a few years I was promoted to The Lead Makeup Artist. My role is designed to coach and mentor talent, execute brand focus events and trainings, lead teams in different markets to successfully reach sales goals. I also work PR events introducing collection to Press in different markets, editorials for publications and fashion week. Artistry is my passion, I love people and cultivating relationships, mentoring others to ensure growth is key in my role. I am very invested in the the development of my team and will go the extra mile to help them excel. My philosophy in business is great things happen when we come together, be a team.
