I'm currently working as a property manager in the leasehold new build division as the main point of contact for leaseholders. I have years of experience working in customer faced positions in my work career. In a recent role I was a property inspector for a property management company which involved inspecting buildings and rooms, visiting customers in properties, ensuring fire safety in the buildings has been kept, raising repair jobs and post inspecting jobs from start to end. This role involved extensive diary management as I was in charge of my own workload so it was crucial my organisational skills was exceptional. I also have experience working in social housing in roles such as Customer Service Agent and Trainee Maintenance Surveyor so I have the experience and ability to work with different clients and customers from various backgrounds in life. I’m always willing to learn and have a appetite for career progression.
