About Jacob Cain

Hello, I’m Jacob Cain, a senior honors student at UNCW majoring in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Business Analytics, and a minor in Spanish. Throughout my college experience, I’ve maintained a 3.99 GPA while pursuing unique opportunities that have enriched my academic and professional journey. Some highlights include: • Presenting global entry and marketing strategies to a client’s C-suite as part of the Prague Consultancy Project. • Living with a host family in Santander, Spain, to enhance my Spanish language skills. • Volunteering with Hispanic children at a local elementary school. • Participating in the Cameron Executive Network as a mentee. • Developing and defending an honors thesis. • Leading the UNCW Entrepreneurship Club as President. Currently, I’m expanding my knowledge of the CRO industry as a Project Analyst Intern in the Proposals Department at PharPoint Research, Inc. In this role, I’ve worked extensively with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and HubSpot. I’ve also taken the lead on client-facing deliverables such as developing budgets, processing CIS orders, and providing vendors with monthly opportunity updates. Additionally, I collaborate with the marketing department to analyze market data and extract insights that inform monthly strategy.
