Experienced with a demonstrated history of dedication in the healthcare industry with with employers in environmental services, skilled nursing, and transitional care management. After completing my B.B.A. with a major in management and an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Mississippi, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from Belhaven University. I now have my credentials in my chosen field. Course highlights include: Leadership in an Organizational Setting and Performance & Task Analysis in Human Resource Development. I come into my current position in which I desire to learn more about how to successfully preform in the business office environment of healthcare. A key component before starting Administrator Training. My core strengths include, but are not limited to the following: • A solid educational foundation in organizational development, employee training and development skills and knowledge of how to improve individual/organizational performance • A proven ability to build a connection with individuals from all backgrounds • A track record of excellent performance through Environmental Services, Admissions, Business Development, and Care Coordination. • Having an approachable and professional manner at all times • Continuously striving to improve healthcare knowledge in practices, routines, and systems.
