About Jacob Cramer

I am a versatile nonprofit professional, bilingual educator, and creative storyteller. My passions are helping kids grow and uplifting others! I am open to new opportunities and thrive in environments where I can bring together a variety of skills to make a meaningful impact. I’m always open to new opportunities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a Master's in bilingual and multicultural education. Some highlights of my work: I founded the nonprofit Love For Our Elders to reduce loneliness among older adults and facilitate intergenerational connection. I launched National Letter to an Elder Day, built 70+ campus letter-writing chapters, and have been recognized as a Kelly Clarkson Show "Rad Human," E! News Hero Inspiring America, and Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve Culture Catalyst. I authored the picture book Grandma's Letter Exchange, which The Cleveland Plain Dealer called “an inspiring book on how to be a pen pal for the loneliest of us.” I've delivered speeches and guided volunteer experiences to audiences of in Fortune 500 companies, schools, and 2 TEDx talks As a Fulbright Scholar, I designed and toured immersive children’s theater experiences for ages 2-6. I supported production and development for an original video musical at the largest American theater for multigenerational audiences. I served as Artistic Director of Yale Children's Theater, leading a team of teaching artists and actors to help children unleash creativity. I built an engaged TikTok community of followers, using storytelling and educational content to inspire, educate, and bring joy. I’m excited about opportunities to create meaningful learning experiences for children through media, education, nonprofit programming, and play.
