About Jacob Deyo

I have over 14 years of experience working in learning and development within the financial services industry. Most recently I worked as the training department head at a Fintech startup where I built and led a distributed team of twenty, building bespoke training & development solutions for synchronous and asynchronous learners at all levels of the organization. I’m deeply passionate about equipping employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to do work they can be proud of everyday. I have a successful track record of building training programs from scratch as well as adding structure, organization, and measurable learning objectives to existing training programs. If you catch me outside of work, I’m a woodworking hobbyist and a golf enthusiast. I also enjoy meeting people for a good cup of coffee.
