About Jacob Eapen

I am a Manager and Senior HR Transformation practitioner in Deloitte. My goal is to help organizations solve their complex Human capital and HR transformation issues. I help organization to realize the need of digital transformation in the world of constant disruption which includes issues/challenges - workforce transformation, enable trust, shift in mindset, helping clients to find common ground to bring people and business process together, making organization and workforce to understand the Future is “not” just Automation but more to do with people and getting the workforce ready with future challenges and Organizational needs. Throughout my 15 years of HR Transformation experience, I specialize in Oracle HCM cloud modules and worked across different industry in North America- Transportation, Trucking, Telecommunication, Retail, Finance and Banking, Health sector, Hospitality and Higher Education (Campus Solution) across multiple geographies. I enjoy helping clients/stake holders realize the importance of being Digital through HR transformation journey and helping organization to deliver dynamics, productivity and value.
