I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and have been with CoStar Group for over 8 years. I began my journey as a Researcher and steadily progressed through leadership roles including Market Manager and Senior Market Manager. Throughout my tenure, I have managed teams across a diverse set of markets including Louisville, Grand Rapids, Seattle, Las Vegas, and most recently, Los Angeles. Currently, I serve as a Lease Comp Manager within CoStar's Real Estate Manager & Visual Lease department. In this role, I lead a team of Lease Comp Researchers focused on the accuracy and timeliness of abstracting detailed data points from real estate leases. I combine a passion for data quality and team development with a strong focus on operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. At the heart of CoStar’s mission, my work contributes to delivering market-critical insights that empower clients to make high-impact business decisions. By mentoring researchers, enforcing data quality standards, and driving continuous improvement, I play a key role in maintaining CoStar’s position as the industry’s leading provider of commercial real estate information and analytics.
