I have also had the opportunity to handle litigated files and large loss commercial claims in excess of My goal is to provide the best customer service I can to my customers, I believe in being very detail oriented, a quick learner and a multitasker. I believe it is important to set goals for yourself and never stop learning. With the companies I have had the pleasure of working for, it has given me the opportunity to travel and meet with customers face to face. I have also had the opportunity to write estimates and review policy language. I have also had the pleasure of giving presentations to agents regarding coverage and to our customers. All these experiences have taught me the importance of time management, being organized, and having the ability to understand our customers needs and get my information across to our customers in a professional manor.
