With over fifteen years of experience in the food industry, I am a culinary leader who can create, execute, and manage menus for various concepts, events, and clients. As the Executive Chef of The Iron Horse Hotel, I oversee all food and operations of its three concepts. Ash Hearth & Bar, a fine dining restaurant that showcases local and fresh ingredients. Branded, a cozy bite at the bar. The Yard, Milwaukee’s largest patio. I am responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, presentation, as well as training and mentoring the kitchen staff and hospitality staff. Besides working at The Iron Horse Hotel, I also run my own private chef and consulting business, Hive Endeavors LLC, where I cater to the needs and preferences of diverse clients, from UHNWI families to corporate executives. I specialize in farm to table, plant based, and healthy lifestyle cooking, and I use my skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional dishes and services. I am passionate about supporting local economies, experimenting with various ingredients and techniques, and providing world class hospitality. I am also proud to be a business partner with my wife, who co-owns and co-manages our successful ventures.
