As a mechanic who's worked with cars since early childhood, it's safe to say that working on cars is my passion. Im always searching for new ways to improve my craft and bring the best quality possibility to a customer. While mechanic work is my passion, I have a variety of other skills and work experience that would make me valuable addition team: 1. For instance, as acted as the Head Chef at the Rocks Hotel and bar in Covington, LA. Delegating duties, constructed menus, assured the quality of the product, was fully in charge of the hiring/managing/training of kitchen staff, and maintaining records of pay for team members and subordinates were my primary responsibilities as a Head Chef. I enjoyed proving my team with proper guidance and positive reenforcement. I also enjoyed knowing that I could possibly improve someone's day with the taste of my food. I also interned at my fathers shop as an assistant mechanic. Hauling scrap metal, clearing forest and land, fabricated metal for cars, change car parts. I understand the ins and outs of vehicles.
