I am a talented CNC Machine Operator with 5 years of experience running, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing 4 and 5 axis CNC automated production lines. Along with keeping production on schedule by having a well maintained CNC machine running properly, I also have 5 years of experience being at the lead position of the production line. I have developed management and decision making skills by being given the responsibility to assign personnel specific positions, overseeing project operations from start to finish, and being required to estimate shipment dates that are reachable and following through with my estimated shipment dates. Quality control is a major part of my experience in manufacturing. I am supervisor of quality control and make decisions on what satisfies our quality control standards. My experience has taught me how to solve factory flow problems and recognize weak spots in production lines and make quick decisions and adjustments to keep a steady flow of operations and have timely completion of quality products. Having played a leader role in manufacturing for 5 years, I am confident in making decisions and driven to follow through with my decisions. I am comfortable under the stress of being responsible for meeting deadlines, creating a positive efficient workforce, and delegating authority to qualified personnel.
