With more than 7 years of immersive experience, I have developed a unique expertise in combining theoretical knowledge with practical insights through training, building and leading transverse teams, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and implementing proactive strategies aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and driving business growth. Currently, I am applying and refining these skills as Variation Reduction Leader, Digital Leader, and Measurement and Statistical Methods Manager at Michelin, as well as a Technology and Process Improvement Consultant in my own small business. My drive is fuelled by challenging the status quo, a dedication to culture building, and a passion for bridging the worlds of science and technology with business and management. My academic journey includes earning an MBA from Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles, California, as well as a BSc in Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. With a passion for continuous professional development and education, I have continued to build upon this academic foundation with ongoing coursework and workshops, and a I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Creative and Critical Leadership through Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Paired with certifications in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) and Citizen Development (CDP), I bring a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between science, business, and leadership. My professional ambitions are centered on fostering the growth of individuals and leading teams, with a particular passion for education and instruction. I am also committed to making a positive impact beyond the workplace through extensive community involvement, including tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, and serving on a board of directors.
