I’m responsible for documenting pertinent data, assigning tasks necessary for restoration, and discern the most appropriate action to ensure service is restored. In addition to leading investigations, I analyze the nature of the outage to determine the scope of business impact. I also creates and deliver business communications. I effectively communicate to business and IT partners and able to articulate the situation to all Leadership levels. I also support my teams efforts for continual improvement with an Agile mindset.
