I started out taking a 6 week crash course on machine operations. Started working in a stamping facility. Within 6 months was transferred to CNC operator. Within 2 years I was leading a cell and doing set ups. 5 years started programming. Learning new skills at every level. not just with CNCs. but manual machines, Heat treating, Leading, Blueprint reading, use of measurement equipment, and many many more skills. now 11 years in the business I think its time to take my drive down a new road. I would like to take my technical background mixed with my natural ability to build relationships into a sales role.
