As a Financial Aid Supervisor at Liberty University, I oversee and lead financial aid professionals, using data-driven practices to increase employee performance and create a supportive work environment. I also partner alongside senior-level management to help develop change management plans to meet organizational goals. I ensure institutional and federal compliance as dictated by the Department of Education, ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial aid services for students.My passion for helping people has led me to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University, which I completed in July 2021. Through this program, I have developed analytical skills, statistical data analysis skills, and knowledge of organizational behavior and development. I am proficient in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Suite, and working in a team environment.
