I am an excellent problem solver, and I approach my work with enthusiasm, determination, and passion.Specialties: Federal, state, and local income and franchise taxation of partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, individuals and trusts; multi-state tax considerations; tax research; tax depreciation and amortization; lead electric guitar; lovely classical tenor singing voice.My accounting experience has been fairly broad thus far: from managing the weekly and monthly accounting of small businesses to meeting the specialized managerial accounting needs of upper management in a multinational manufacturing business to tax planning and preparation for complex multi-tiered pass-through entities and the individuals who owned them, and to federal, state, and local income tax preparation and review for multinational, multi-state companies, many of which have SEC filing obligations and tax provision considerations. Most recently I have specialized in helping business and individual clients with tax and accounting needs which, while certainly less impressive-sounding, are no less important than any of the above.
