I am a senior executive and supply chain leader with deep expertise leading and transforming complex supply chain and logistics networks. I am known in the supply chain industry for building and leading high performance teams, nurturing beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party carriers that maximize value, and optimizing supply chain networks for cost and service. I am passionate about defining and executing strategies that create world-class performance and empower the Supply Chain as a strategic differentiator, driving bottom line business results. I was on the Supply Chain leadership team in the mid-2010s where the Supply Chain transformation played a major role in Best Buy's turnaround. I had a seat at the table, and was a critical part of the strategy creation, financial and operational improvements, and technology implementations- I have strong relationships with the major ocean carriers, Asia and US ports, and biggest domestic carriers in the US- I have a proven record of choosing the right technology strategies and getting them implemented- I am an expert on carrier management, and negotiation strategies- One of my favorite aspects of managing logistics is improving the network through performance and optimization strategies- My greatest joy is leading and developing a strong team that represents the core values of the organization, and has a passion for driving supply chain results. The person who is replacing me at Best Buy was a direct report of mine for nine years, and she will be awesome in the role.
