About Jacob Ladson

I help organizations modernize their supply chain operations through SAP Extended Warehouse Management, translating complex warehouse processes into clear, efficient solutions that deliver measurable results. As the EWM Practice Lead at LeverX, my focus is on building and guiding our EWM capability, shaping strategy, leading implementations, and helping clients realize the full value of SAP’s supply chain suite. I work closely with our customers to assess their needs, design best-fit architectures, and lead teams that turn those designs into real-world performance gains. With deep hands-on experience across full-cycle EWM projects, I bring both technical and business perspective to every engagement from blueprint through go-live. My background spans global manufacturers, logistics providers, and CPG companies navigating warehouse transformation and automation initiatives. At LeverX, my goal is to build a high-performing EWM practice that partners with clients for long-term success, combining proven delivery methods with the flexibility and innovation today’s supply chains demand. If you’re exploring SAP EWM or looking to optimize warehouse operations, I’m always open to connect.
