About Jacob Lane

From tool belts to boardrooms, my journey in construction and business has been anything but ordinary. With over 20 years in construction and entrepreneurship, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about building projects, it’s about building people and businesses.I thrive on improving operational efficiency, driving growth, and creating lasting impact. Business has become a true passion for me, and I take pride in using my experience to streamline processes, enhance profitability, and help organizations scale. At DBK, I continually strive to make a positive impact on both operations and growth, ensuring the company not only runs smoothly but thrives in an ever-evolving industry. Beyond my direct role, I also advise other companies through consulting, sharing the insights I’ve gained to help them achieve their goals.Beyond work, my greatest role is being a husband to my best friend of 22 years and a father to three amazing kids. My ultimate goal? To be the patriarch of a strong, thriving family, a man of faith, and a person who helps others define and achieve their own version of success.
