About Jacob Lee

Jacob Lee has over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of finance effectiveness, FP & A, corporate and GTM strategy, Account Management, M&A, due diligence, budgeting and forecasting, board reporting, sales operations, product pricing and packaging, debt and equity financing and human capital leadership. Prior to CFOx he was an account executive selling technology solutions to Senior Living Owners and Operators. In 2021 he led Avasure, a founder owned healthcare IT company specializing in patient monitoring hardware and software solutions, through a sale to Goldman Sachs and Heritage Group (see link below). Prior to Avasure he was a consultant within PwC's Deal Practice and performed financial due diligence and pre sale readiness projects on over 60+ transactions in the U.S, Europe and Asia regions. Some of his personal achievements include completing multiple 70.3 Ironman triathlons and adventure races, owning and operating a Campground in Northern Michigan, living in Chile and Mexico, being a Dad to his three little kiddos and being named a captain of the Albion College Football team.
