I first started my journey in the oil and gas industry in 2013 when I joined the U.S. Army as a petroleum supply specialist. After I finished my contract with the Army, I started with Kinder Morgan Energy Partners working as an ethanol railcar offloader in Phoenix. Less than a year later I got promoted to a pipeline and terminal operator where I learned how to operate multiple high pressure petroleum pipelines and a refined petroleum product facility containing 61 tanks with a total storage capacity of 1,956,200 barrels.
