About Jacob Meeks

CPP-certified Risk & Crisis Management Leader with over 15 years of driving risk mitigation, emergency response, and supply chain operations across the globe. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage crises, and deliver operational resilience under pressure. I’ve designed organizational risk systems, conducted hundreds of risk assessments, written 30+ crisis response plans, coordinated the delivery of multimillion-dollar emergency relief supplies, and negotiated 50+ infrastructure and construction contracts. As an Army veteran and former humanitarian operations leader, I specialize in making high-stakes environments safer, more efficient, and strategically aligned. I’m now seeking an East Coast–based or remote role in risk management, crisis operations, security leadership, or resilient supply chain management, where I can bring hard-earned field experience to help organizations prepare for what’s next.
