About Jacob Menken

If I had to pick one word that would best describe my passion, it would have to be people. Everything I have ever done or wanted to do involves those around me. My two favorite hobbies are golf and snowboarding which on paper would be a solo hobby. However, I always find a way to make it a group effort. This has been a huge part of my career. From managing multiple GNC retail locations, being a service sales rep, and now an Industrial Footwear Sales rep for Cintas. Everything involves people. My success is dependent on the people around me. I cannot be successful without people. That is why it so important that my honesty and integrity will always influence everything I say and do. To be successful you need everyone’s buy in. I can have the best thing in the world to offer but if I am not trusted it doesn’t matter. That is what really makes my job enjoyable. As one of the certified arborists on staff at LaTour Tree Service I have an opportunity every day to make a difference in someone’s life. Most the time it’s about tree health and risk. However…I get chances to speak life into people and get to share how grateful I am God put this opportunity in front of me.
