Background

About Jacob Milne

I am determined, reliable, and enjoy being challenged. I aim to meet goals creatively and effectively, especially when working with unique and never seen before problems. I find these types of projects particularly rewarding, and often cannot get them off my mind.I effectively lead projects creating defined roles and expectations through teamwork and communication skills. I am very practiced in time management including the breakdown of assigned projects into smaller, more manageable and quantifiable tasks. Because of this I have confidence in my work and have high efficiency.I am very interested in projects that bring something that was designed into reality. From my experience I have found that spending time on site is integral to successful understanding, planning, and implementation. Through this, I am always thinking of ways to increase productivity and reduce losses. Be it structural or logistical improvements, there is always room for improvement. My current goals are to continue to learn everyday through challenging myself, and to work towards my P. Eng designation. I am always looking to improve myself through ambitious thinking and persistence. I look for experiences and opportunities that can help me achieve this.
