I sold real estate from January 2002 and managing client portfolios since August 2008 to January 2023. I held 2 real estate licenses so I was a full service real estate agent. Consistently a Multi Million Dollar Producing agent every year in the Las Vegas real estate market that is experienced in contract negotiation, marketing, closing deals, and property management and preservation. My clients demanded my in-depth attention to local market data and analysis, and I have a proven track record with over approved and accurate, QC passed Broker Price Opinions completed. I am the Co-founder to the coming soon startup Glamping Resort called Glamptopia. Where you start your SW Adventures and finish in the Metaverse or vice-versa. I also held a Nevada Photo Voltaic (PV) Installers License (since 2019), trained by Sean White. In 2019 I commissioned the first 10Gw of the 60Gw Turquoise Project (Apple Data Center) just east of Reno, and in 2021 with RES and Talent Corps. I installed more than 1600 modules at the Boulder City Solar Project with Rosendin, C&I and Utility scale projects are my preference, I am finally worked for the solar module manufacturer Energy America, Inc briefly. Now I'm back with Talent Corps but in the account management arena. I supply skilled labor to projects where they need a skilled labor force. Small projects, mid size projects, large projects, and C&I and Utility scale solar projects. I love what I do.
