I’ve worked and served under some of the best leaders you will ever encounter, as well as lead, trained, motivated and mentored some of the best leaders rising up in our next generation. Sometimes you do have to reinvent the wheel, but it’s usually best to try adding a little air first. Make it better if you can, make it over if you must, but always leave every endeavor better than you found it. Culture drives everything in life, are you aiming for the stars or driving that ship to the bottom of the ocean? I’ve excelled in every job I’ve ever had, I strive to learn as much as possible, see and do as much as possible and not just find ways to stream line my operations to make my life easier but also make a positive impact on others affected. Making something fit into a production schedule is only half the battle, can you make it fit better, can you limit the negative impacts on all aspects of the operations, can you make it make sense for everyone involved? I like to make things make sense, and when they don’t, I want to know why or I’ll be making a lot of noise.
