Information is the oil of the 21st Century, and Analytics is the combustion engine." I love to help Businesses and Teams access and better understand their data. I am passionate about Self Service data analytics. As a Data Translator, I work with my clients to understand what types of questions they need to answer on a recurring basis and then use that information to create intuitive dashboards and reporting to allow non-analysts to access and better leverage their data. In my first role, I worked as a B2B Sales Analyst and stood up Microsoft Power BI for our team. I designed a suite of Sales dashboards centered around pre-defined KPIs. I also worked with Sales members and leadership to develop a training program to help team members become more data fluent and better understand the metrics they work with on a daily basis. In the Spring of 2018 I was awarded the Gold Level Self - Service Award from my Company's Business Intelligence team for my intuitive dashboard design which allowed team members to access real time data more than ever before. I leverage Power BI on a daily basis to design and implement Dashboards to help stakeholders and leadership tell better stories with data. Outside of work, you can find me on my bicycle exploring beautiful Minneapolis, stopping at local Breweries, checking out the local music scene, or at my apartment in Loring Park reading a good book. I also serve as a volunteer on the Alumni Board as a Recruitment Director for my local chapter of Delta Sigma Phi - Eta Omicron at University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
