At 20, I graduated nursing school in 2020 amid the COVID crisis—a time that redefined healthcare in profound ways. My early years were spent in the ICU, where I witnessed both the extraordinary dedication of our teams and the systemic challenges that left many of us stretched to the limit. Those three intense years taught me the true meaning of resilience and the critical importance of compassionate, patient-focused care. In 2023, as I transitioned to an outpatient setting, I encountered a new set of challenges: inefficient communication, cumbersome documentation, and a barrage of administrative tasks that detracted from the core mission of patient care. It was a turning point. I realized that the tools we had weren’t enough to support the demands of modern healthcare. Motivated by my own experiences and a deep desire to create lasting change, I founded Axon AI. Our company was born out of a vision to empower healthcare professionals by leveraging AI to streamline clinical workflows. We built our tools to give clinicians everywhere the freedom to focus on what truly matters—delivering exceptional, compassionate care. Our solutions are designed to remove administrative barriers, improve communication, and ultimately, enhance patient outcomes.
