About Jacob Parpart

I am currently the Business Office Manager at The Springs at Sunnyview, a senior living community located in Salem, Oregon. In my current position, my main respoinsibility is to oversee the financials of the community and assist department managers with budget tracking, employee relations, and customer (resident) satisfaction. I have the ability to handle multiple projects at once, paying close attention to detail and to meet deadlines. I am reciprocal to feedback given in multiple formats, with a eagerness to grow and develop my skills and experience. My previous experiences have taught me to be a self-starter, manage time efficiently, and to use my vision of the bigger picture to solve problems. I am able to build repertoire with customers and employees alike, benefiting me with the opportunity to provide optimal service and grow my skill set as an employee. My education has provided me with the confidence to complete projects on my own, but has also taught me inclusiveness and the benefits of colalboration with teams of multiple backgrounds.
