About Jacob Pence

I'm deeply committed to the tech industry and continuously strive for self-improvement. My journey began with a CompTIA A+ certification, followed by a role in a call center environment at Nextlink Internet, where I honed my customer service skills and expanded my networking knowledge. At LeaderOne Financial, I excelled as a Helpdesk Technician, managing service tickets and collaborating with management. I then worked as a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician at Farmer's Insurance, where I managed calls, documented issues, and worked with various technologies, including Office 365, VMware, Okta, and Cisco tools. Currently, I am a Helpdesk Technician at Intuit, where I continue to handle calls, resolve issues, and utilize a range of technologies. Although I'm still exploring my IT specialization, I am particularly focused on networking and aspire to become a Network/Systems Administrator. I am actively pursuing additional certifications to achieve this goal and look forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead in my IT journey.
