With experience that spans hands-on project execution to executive-level business strategy, I bring a practical, well-rounded approach to corporate development. My professional journey began as an apprentice welder, earning my Journeyman ticket at 21. That early exposure to the realities of construction gave me a deep appreciation for frontline execution and the challenges teams face on the ground. Motivated to broaden my perspective, I earned a degree in Physical Education (Sport Performance) from the University of Alberta, where I honed my understanding of performance, discipline, and long-term development. After five years in project coordination and management, I shifted my focus to strategic leadership—earning an MBA from Athabasca University with a focus on corporate strategy. Since then, I’ve worked to bridge the gap between execution and long-term planning, applying my experience to drive sustainable growth, develop new business opportunities, and lead teams through complex organizational change. As Vice President of Corporate Development, I aim to lead initiatives that align strategy with execution, expand market presence, and build long-term value.
