With over 20 years of work experience in various industries and markets, I am a seasoned commercial leader and strategist at Philip Morris International (PMI), the world's leading tobacco company. As the Vice President of Commercial and Business Integration, I am responsible for driving growth and business transformation at PMI, by developing and executing innovative strategies, programs, and partnerships. I leverage my skills in consumer marketing, new business development, business planning, and program delivery to enable PMI to achieve its vision of delivering a smoke-free future. Prior to this role, I was the Vice President of Strategy and Program Delivery, where I led the strategic planning, portfolio management, and governance of PMI's global initiatives. I also have extensive experience as a General Manager in China and Slovakia, where I managed the operations, performance, and stakeholder relations of PMI's subsidiaries. Before joining PMI, I worked as a Director of Brand Retail at LEGO, a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, and a Business Development Manager at The East Asiatic Company. I hold an MBA from IMD Business School, and I speak Danish, English, and Chinese. I am passionate about creating value and impact through customer centricity, innovation, collaboration, and diversity. I am eager to bring my expertise and insights to the team and contribute to the success of PMI.
