Currently work at PNC Bank as a Branch Sales and Services RRT. In this role, I travel to different branches within the region to assist customers and clients with any service requests they may have. This includes setting up checking and saving accounts, obtaining credit cards, and servicing needed on there existing account(s). I also assist as a bank teller. Previously, I worked for UWM on their operations team, specializing in our Lending Support & Post-Closing business units. I have been in roles that assist underwriting and have closely worked with project teams (a sub unit of our underwriting team), worked closing with our training teams to improve processes, and have been in leadership roles. Processor assist is the team I started with at UWM, which is a free service to loan officers and there processors to obtain necessary documentation to expedite the underwriting process and allow our loan officers to work more closely with there clients and grow there business. I then moved to our Post-Closing team and worked on our Fee Reconciliation team, which would reconcile fees on our closing disclosure to match the seller's closing disclosure on purchase transactions and to match the final settlement statement if present. This role also focuses on reviewing recorded mortgages & deeds to confirm our borrower was properly charged at the closing table. Currently I work with our Agency Resolutions team, which focuses on reviewing post-closed conditions and obtaining documentation that was missing or not properly executed in the closing package so we can pool the loans and sell them to our investors.
