Throughout the years I have had the privilege to build and recruit different teams, from all roles in a Tech department to Product and UX team. My personality thrives in environments that are fast-paced, effective decision making where the time from idea to MVP product launch is quick. Innovation comes from an open and including culture where motivation and ownership for the products user experience is key. Highly driven, humble and loyal team oriented leader/senior product manager with more than 20 years experience of product, project and service management with Agile Web and App development, Ecommerce, CRM, ERP systems, digital marketing and Business Intelligence. Mostly focused on Product ownership in agile development with both Web and Native App but I also have experience in project management, strategic and tactical IT service management from a business perspective. Bridging the gap between business and technical product development
