Human Performance defines success. The decisions made every day by each leader can generate wealth for an organization and all those that interact with it. These decisions are shaped by behaviour and mindset. Coaching provides the opportunity to enhance the connection between these two elements. My passion is the pursuit of defining high-performance leadership behaviours. My expertise is the mastery of how these can most effectively be developed and fostered at each level of management. After directly coaching 200+ leaders, I have come to understand some key areas to unlocking potential. Here are my top 4: 1. Clear Vision - Can you describe in extreme detail how you see the future? Have you described it to your team and do they understand it? This vision must be so well articulated and understood that every decision made must undoubtedly drive towards it. Time and consideration - How important is your team's performance to you as a leader? Does your allocation of time and thought reflect this? How much strategic energy you put towards considering your team's perception of performance will dictate how well they perform.(1+1=2) 3. Leverage Strengths - Clearly understand your strengths and those of your team. Put each member of your team in a position to succeed. Leveraging strengths provides the confidence and fuel to challenge the comfort zone of improvement areas. Radical Candor - Care personally and challenge directly. Do not accept falling into one of the two leadership styles. You can do both. You will achieve better results and your team will respect you more for it if done properly. Doing it properly requires the first three points and the confidence to bring pure objectivity to your team performance.
