My strengths are all aspects of Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Corporate Communications: skills that I have acquired and honed over the last decades across two verticals – automotive and management consulting – in Italy, India and the Middle East. My professional career has brought me much recognition from the Italian industry in Italy and India, culminating in the conferment of the Knighthood of the Order of the Star of Italy by the President of Italy, H.E. Carlo Azeglio Ciampi in January 2006. I also speak and write French, fluent Italian, English and Hindi and in the past have been responsible for product positioning, pricing and launch of brands such as Vespa 2W and Ape' Car 3W on behalf of Piaggio Veicoli Europei SpA, Italy, in the Indian market; supporting the company's presence in new markets in Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and leading its fact finding missions to Myanmar and to the central Asian countries of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. As a management consultant, I have been responsible for promoting Indo-Italian trade & commerce and guiding Italian FDI in the Indian subcontinent. Since June 2012, I am associated with the Indian operations of Fontana Group of Italy, world’s leading manufacturer of special automotive fasteners. I am patient, focused, result oriented and comfortable in a cross cultural environment.
