About Jacob Sandoval

In my role as the Enrollment Services Director at SJVC in Visalia, CA, my focus is on fostering the growth and development of our employees, to ensure that the needs of our community are met through higher education. I am dedicated to creating an environment where team employees have the opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally. I believe in empowering employees to reach their full potential, not only in their current roles but also in preparing them for future opportunities within the institution. Collaborating with various departments, I strive to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, where employees are encouraged to take on new challenges and expand their skill sets. By emphasizing employee growth, we not only enhance the overall effectiveness of our team but also contribute to the long-term success and fulfillment of our SJVC Family. I am proud to lead a team that values the growth and well-being of its members, and I invite you to connect with me to explore how we can collectively foster a culture of servant leadership and professional development at SJVC.
