With a passion for real estate and enthusiasm which has seen him excel in the industry, Jake has vast experience in consulting and advising some of Australia’s largest public and private Property Developers on strategic Geographic targets and best and highest use of land parcels. Since starting in the real estate industry he has worked across many successful Residential projects in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane including townhome developments, land subdivision and splitter blocks. He's also successfully located and acquired successful Greenfield Commercial and Retail sites all across South East Queensland. This passion coupled with a strong understanding of the construction industry, along with starting up and operating small businesses means Jake brings a wealth of knowledge and a clarity of understanding the diversity of property development.
