I'm a dedicated mental health professional with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and currently pursuing my Master's in Healthcare Administration. Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of working directly with individuals in the mental health field, starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing ABA therapy for autistic children, and now as a referral specialist at AllHealth Network. My hands-on experience in mental health care has fueled my passion for supporting and improving the mental well-being of our community. While I began my journey working directly with individuals, I've discovered my true calling lies in the administrative side of healthcare. I believe that effective leadership and strategic administration can make a profound difference in the quality of mental health services available. My goal is to become a leader in mental health care administration, where I can combine my clinical knowledge with strong organizational skills to enhance overall mental health outcomes for our community. I am passionate about ensuring that mental health care systems are equipped to meet the growing needs of individuals and families.
