Before becoming the Gallery Director, I was the Lead Optician at Jacques Marie Mage for over a year, where I specialized in training and developing our team to deliver an exceptional client experience with optical excellence. I also assisted in executing weekly expectations and planned strategies, and I was committed to expressing curiosity, passion, and excellence to elevate our optical processes. I have strong skills in lensometry, creative problem solving, and storytelling, which I use to immerse clients in the unique world of JMM and achieve sales targets.
