About Jacob Swanson

With 20+ years in the technology industry, I specialize in helping business leaders navigate complexity by understanding their challenges and delivering scalable, forward-thinking solutions. My experience spans major enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, DocuSign, and SAP—enabling transformation across the full business lifecycle, from opportunity tracking to order management and service delivery. I take a relationship-driven approach, aligning technology with business goals to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, user experience, and operational agility. I’ve presented at five ServiceNow Knowledge conferences, covering topics such as AI-driven enterprise transformation and SAP-integrated product ordering through Service Bridge—offering insights grounded in both current practice and future direction. As a long-standing member of the ServiceNow MSP Roundtable and Technology Partner Advisory Council (PAC), I’ve played a direct role in shaping platform strategy and roadmap. I’ve also served as a Design Partner for initiatives like Service Bridge, Customer Success, and Now Assist, helping translate real-world business needs into impactful product innovations.
