About Jacob Tancrell

Efficiency and Order. My professional experience has been diverse with a trade degree in information technology, experience with navigation, administration, and engineering in the US Navy, a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience, and an aggressive introduction to biotech, going from a new clinical facility start up to commercial pandemic production in 2 years. My diverse experience has payed off though. My knowledge of computer systems has helped digitize processes and establish large-scale system, process, production, and equipment management systems. My engineering and experience with international maritime law in the Navy gave me a strong foundation to get into equipment qualification, process, and cleaning validation and has made me a SME for audits and audit response projects. The combination of leadership skills i learned in the Navy and understanding i developed of the mind and behavior from my education in behavioral neuroscience has made me a mentor, trainer, and leader in biotech. Self managing, driven, and collaborative, my goal is to find a position/role where i am able to perform that consistently with as much of an impact as possible.
