My competencies in customer service have been honed through various roles, including my previous position at Lynx Air, where teamwork was paramount in providing a seamless travel experience to all passengers. At Lynx Air, my responsibilities included coaching and supervising new cabin crew, conducting line checks, and upholding safety and service standards set by the company and Transport Canada. These experiences have instilled in me the value of meticulous attention to detail and the importance of a cohesive team. As part of Summit Air's team, I'm committed to contributing to a culture of excellence and bringing a diverse perspective to enhance our passengers' experience in the skies.
