About Jacob Vanderbilt

Jacob is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and Columbia Business School in New York, NY. After receiving his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering in May of 2017 he joined Kerry working as a Production Supervisor in Clark, NJ. After a year and a half at Kerry, he moved to Dr. Oetker supervising the production of Ellio’s Pizza in Lodi, NJ. Dr. Oetker sold the Ellio's plant to be operated independently in April of 2021. Jacob started the Executive MBA Program at Columbia Business School in the Fall of 2020 and graduated in May 2022. After Graduation he started at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in their Supply Chain & Operations Practice. Jacob is originally from Davis, California and decided to pursue his love of science and math by studying engineering at Stevens. In addition to his studies and his professional aspirations, Jacob has always tried to be involved in his community - from serving as the Mayor of the City of Davis for a day, to assisting with Hoboken's volunteering effort post-Hurricane Sandy. He also currently serves as an alumni volunteer for his Community Service Fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega.
