I have extensive experience in leadership, organisational change, and cultural reform across a range of sectors. In my current role, I am responsible for leading the nationwide delivery of Aged and Community Care and Grant Operations (Cash Assistance)- The Aged and Community Care Team of 100 staff and volunteers support more than older Australians each year. Along with regular visits to people at home or in aged care, we provide daily check-in phone calls, meal deliveries, and drive people to appointments. Teams within this department include service delivery, client services, business development, workforce, and strategic operations- The Grant Operations Team is responsible for delivering a scalable cash assistance program that provides financial support to eligible individuals and families in response to disaster events and humanitarian need.
